A small-batch yuzu ponzu from Teraoka Yuki Jozo, a family brewery in Hiroshima that has made soy sauce since 1887. Bright, fragrant Shikoku yuzu juice is blended with naturally brewed soy sauce and dashi for a citrus-soy sauce that lifts everything it touches — grilled fish, tofu, salads, dumplings, hot pot and shabu-shabu.
