Where does CRUNCH STASH ship?
We ship Australia-wide (Australia only) with CouriersPlease, Aramex and Australia Post. At checkout you’ll see live quotes for every service available to your address — just pick the one that suits you best. Every order is packed locally in our Melbourne warehouse, so there are no international shipping delays or customs surprises.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the weight and size of your order, with live quotes from CouriersPlease, Aramex and Australia Post to choose from. Add your items to the cart and enter your address to see the exact cost before paying — the rate you see is exactly what you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 3 business days. Typical delivery times once your parcel is on its way:

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes — Australia Post Express Post (typically 1–2 business days) is available at checkout, and in most metro areas CouriersPlease Road Express is fast too — often the cheapest option for heavier orders. Exact prices for every option are shown live at checkout.
Can you deliver to a PO Box or Australia Post Parcel Locker?
Yes, but only via Australia Post. If you’re shipping to a PO Box, Australia Post Parcel Locker, Locked Bag or Private Bag, please select Parcel Post or Express Post at checkout — CouriersPlease and Aramex can’t deliver to these addresses, and a parcel sent to one with another carrier will be returned to us.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — CRUNCH STASH currently delivers within Australia only, shipping from our local Australian warehouse. That is how we keep delivery fast and hassle-free for Aussie snack fans.
Are your Japanese snacks genuine imports?
Yes — every product at CRUNCH STASH is a genuine Japanese product imported from Japan, including Japan-exclusive flavours of KitKat, Pocky, Boss Coffee and more that are not sold in regular Australian supermarkets.

Unlike overseas subscription services, there's no ongoing commitment: order a box whenever you like, and it ships from our Melbourne warehouse like any other order. You can also build your own box by picking exactly the snacks and drinks you want from the full range.
Can I put together a Japanese snack gift box for someone?

Yes — tick the "Signature on delivery" option in your cart for $2.95 and your courier will collect a signature instead of leaving your parcel unattended (no safe drop). If you don't select it, the courier may safe-drop your parcel at their discretion.
